Founded in 1988, Nicos Christou Developments is a leader in property development in Cyprus. With an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial projects, we have established ourselves as industry pioneers known for our professionalism, quality and long-term success.
By having a dedicated team of experts, including architects, engineers, and builders, while maintaining our own equipment and machinery, we have total control of aspects that enhance quality, such as design, construction, materials, and safety.
/ History
Our founder, Nicos Christou started operating in 1959 his construction company in Famagusta establishing himself as a successful contractor.
Our founder formed a partnership of a large, construction, development, and tourism organisation in Limassol in 1975 to expand operations.
Nicos Christou Developments was founded in 1988 as a family-owned property development company in Limassol.
Expanded operations in Greece in 1988 for the development and construction of commercial and residential projects.
The third generation of experts joined the organisation with eyes turned to the future.
